3 ingredients – ham and swiss roll up

I bring you this random Friday post to share yet another quick and easy meal.

All you need is the following ingredients;

  • Pizza dough – I used Pillsbury, but you could use any one.
  • Ham slices – I just got it from the Deli section in Loblaws.
  • Swiss cheese – I got this from Loblaws as well.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Open up the dough and roll it out onto a clean surface.

Layer the sliced ham as evenly as possible. I left some edge, but you really don’t have to.

Layer the cheese slices over the ham.

Take one end and roll the dough into a log. Seal the ends.

Put the ham and swiss roll on a pan and into the oven for 50 minutes.

When the 50 minutes is up or the roll is a golden brown, remove and let cool for a bit. Cut up roll into sections and serve with mustard. I had mine with honey mustard but really any mustard would do.
